24 Hour Accident Disability Insurance for U.S.T.A.
Licensed Drivers & Trainers under age 70

Underwritten by Chubb Insurance, 24 Hour Accident Disability Insurance gives you an AD&D (Accidental Death and Dismemberment) Benefit and a Weekly Disability Benefit On or Off the Job.

Good news . . . if you are a U.S.T.A. licensed driver and/or trainer under the age of 70, you already have a small amount of disability coverage. The plan, provided by the U.S.T.A., includes up to $5,000 AD&D Insurance and a Weekly Accident Disability benefit of $25 for up to maximum benefit period of 26 weeks after a 30 day waiting period.

Better news . . . for a few dollars a day, you may purchase more coverage with higher benefit limits. There are two options available;

Option 1: $100,000 AD&D and $300 weekly disability
annual fee of $250

Option 1: $250,000 AD&D and $500 weekly disability
annual fee of $625
